Ton of reps leaving the company. Basically full management and c-level turnover. Tough environment to sell in. Most people only closing inbounds which are minimal. No BDR support - only BDRs for inbound. Coupa feels super uncertain to me right now. Success depends on territory and inbounds. Lots of resources getting replaced by people in India.

Thoma Bravo has been making changes to make it better but we still have a way to go in terms of compensation and product fit. In the current market, company's are not focused on getting a full procure to pay solution and with new competitors in the space, its become a lot harder to sell.

This is the worst job I have ever had. Horrible comp plan. Weighted heavier toward obtainment and barely anyone is achieving it. People are at 20% for the year.
