Some are there to ensure and enable your success, others are glorified micromanagers who take no responsibility in your enablement. It’s a technical product but you can learn it on your own over time you will just need to put in the work. Sharp reps and a good opportunity to make money but leadership is shaky

There’s no more employee stock purchase plan or equity for individual contributors now, but the base pay and commission structure are decently above market.
