Your experience will depend on your leader. Some are there to ensure and enable your success, others are glorified micromanagers who take no responsibility in your enablement. It’s a technical product but you can learn it on your own over time you will just need to put in the work. Sharp reps and a good opportunity to make money but leadership is shaky

Very difficult selling environment. The majority of reps don’t sell anything for 1.5 - 2 years. Maybe 1 in 5 hit quota, but it’s not like the rest are 70-80% of plan. Solid product. Hard to get prioritized.
