My overall experience is negative. The management is friends from previous jobs and even though unqualified they get promoted and occupy the management. All managers were pushed into the role and take only credit due to product market fit. You have to be careful with colleagues as well as they can play you regarding taking accounts.

Sadly at CrowdStrike, they have enabled a culture of sellers where it’s less important of how hard you work and grow as a seller, and more important what team you’re on and what their market opportunities look like. CrowdStrike undoubtedly has a top tier product and the talent to sell it is good. When I joined nearly 3 years ago, my segment was a bit smaller and more focused. My segment got bigger and experimented more with adding more teams and sub-verticals (ie. Co-selling with AWS).
