Great product and top-end leaders. A lot of middle managers who came from SFDC do not know how to sell a product like Databricks. IMO, too many AE's to make sure we can all eat. And they cut the customer success engineer, who would help with customer maturity. In my time, they never made it simple enough, and we could never get the data into Databricks as fast as Snowflake.
