Former Employee The reason for the 1-star rating is that Databricks shifted from sales revenue no longer being the metric to consumption that takes much longer (18-36 months+). This becomes problematic when Databricks also move account territories or drastically grow quota in the middle of that timeline even growing that consumption quota by 700% YoY in order to shrink commission payouts before sales success can be realized.
