My overall experience is good at the field level but there are certainly challenges with the sales culture and leadership. Lack of attention to what the field is sharing for feedback and guidance, empire building.

Best PMF in the market and ahead of the curve in terms of innovation. Still tough to sell though! Lots of internal “homework” but also tons of resources to help close business. Great overall prospects.
