Current Employee Difficult place for most sales reps, really need to focus on the account territory - are the accounts a good fit for Databricks. Enterprise Accounts are weirdly defined - $50B Revenue is Enterprise & $600M is Enterprise.
Leadership is more concerned with making dashboards look right rather than actively managing.
Leadership is focused on CYA to upper management - not engaged and pushing.
Weird sales culture - widely believed that sales isn't respected. Very technology led company - all normal problems exist when engineering talks about business, they don't really 'get it' . Browse Other Reviews
