So far, my experience has not been great as part of the greenfield hunter team. DB recently moved to a consumption based business model and has yet to figure out how to set targets for new business. Feast or famine, but they are hopefully making changes in 2025..

Rough first year but they adjusted greenfield comp plans to be more attainable. Core reps are apparently getting huge growth targets while greenfield reps are rightfully being rewarded for the grind.
