Toxic & narcissist leadership including naming, shaming, threatening & micromanagement at its best. Common within internal meetings: - racial discrimination - LGBTQ discrimination - Customer/Prospect shaming and making fun of, especially in ongoing deals Worst structured compensation plan for variable quote, entire team literally at 0% quota achievement for months. Overall good technology and very smart people outside of Sales Leadership.
