The pay is bad compared to other companies. If you are not a senior member of staff do not except that great of a TC.

Databricks has completely changed their go to market motion while making no change to the support team needed to make this new motion successful. Comp plans are unattainable and confusing. Leadership has acknowledged this but made no meaningful change. I imagine there will be quite a bit of attrition at the end of this fiscal year.

I love working for Databricks but the pay is very poor compared to other market leaders.
