Current Employee Databricks was and is still an amazing company. They are without a doubt, the hottest company in the data space and one of the fastest growing startups in the world, product market fit is amazing & every prospect and client wants to talk to us because we sell something organizations need. However, like any growing company There’s a lot of change, new leadership and new levels of operational rigor coming in that make day-to-day work a little more annoying than it used to be. I still wouldn’t leave Databricks because aside from Nvidia what better tech company is out there right now?
