Amazing product, great engineering teams and professional services org. Customers love it. Sales leadership from the top down is horrendous -- vicious, vindicative, pompous, arrogant, detached from reality and created the worst culture I have ever had the displeasure of being a part of. Could have been a great thing, they should get rid of a lot of the mid level managers who are just refreshing dashboards and adding no value. It's high time to change the old guard that got them to 1 Billion, they need competent, reliable and fair leadership to get to 10 billion not the boys club, backstabbing, scheming, CYA people in place today.

The Hunter Enterprise AE role at Databricks is a tough job - particularly in newer markets. However, the pay and talent level is very high here, and the ones who are successful here can make over $1M. Anyone who comes to work at Databricks will come out a better sales rep than when they came in. But don't expect this to be easy...
