Current Employee My experience at this company has been a mixed bag. While the product is strong, and there are success stories, achieving quota is the exception rather than the rule. Most AEs don’t even come close, and if you hit 100% and make it to club, you’re considered a rockstar which says a lot about the overall attainment levels.
Success is largely determined by your patch. If you’re lucky enough to get digital-native accounts where observability is critical, you have a shot at doing well. If you’re assigned to more traditional industries, good luck - closing meaningful deals is an uphill battle.
Account ownership is highly unstable, with accounts being shuffled around at random. You can spend months building pipeline only to have key accounts reassigned overnight, leaving you back at square one.
Management is another challenge. Middle management relies heavily on micromanagement, often hiding behind rigid playbooks instead of providing real leadership or strategic direction. There’s a lot of focus on process and control rather than empowering AEs to succeed.
Overall, this can be a good place if you land the right accounts, but if you’re not in a prime patch, it’s a tough grind with little support. Browse Other Reviews
