Current Employee2.7Mar 30, 2025Lots of changes- Datadog Customer Success is changing rapidly and more of an account management organization. The org lacks strong leadership and coaching is unhelpful. I haven’t learned much from my managers about sales or account management. Customers and product are good and hybrid schedule includes a lot of events which are fun.

Current Employee3.0Apr 9, 2025Good solution but the old strategy of landing in decentral teams and then expanding from there no longer works as there is less shadow IT and more consolidation. Also such a large platform it is difficult to become an expert in so many fields and use cases.
