Fantastic product, people, customers, and company community. Sales org is talented, however everyone is spread thin & quota is very difficult to hit

Definitely a company to work for with steep learning curve, great leadership, a lot of development opportunities. But base is quite low, commission as well and reps are not hitting quota.
