Former Employee Culture can be daunting especially in Asia. Leadership focused on micromanagement rather than solving imminent challenges. Solid training experience but no real scenario guidance. Some leader coming from security background has no clue about observability and doesn’t understand the intricacies of the deals. Promises support during deal cycle then ghosts to take a convenient journey back home at 3pm to avoid traffic while barking at others about staying back.
