Datadog’s product consistently exceeds customer expectations, with huge potential to consolidate tech stacks. Enablement is strong and managers are approachable. The downsides: strict three-day office policy, small teams with hands-on oversight, and a massive, highly technical product that’s hard to fully grasp without an engineering background. Still, rewarding work overall.

Good, compensation was the biggest detractor. The product was better then anything else on the market, but we grew so fast that we were figuring out how to price the tool and pay the reps simultaneously

I love it here! It’s a highly regimented sales process and given the technicality of the product, it really helps. I recommend Datadog sales!
