Great product market fit. Complex products (sit tight!) with a longer ramp period. New VP level management is changing the work culture and making it harder and more processed. Not much flexibility around internal mobility and work from home. CS role is very sales driven (minus the sales payouts and … corporate cards when visiting customers)

Product is amazing, sales leadership does a great job of mentoring/teaching their sales reps to sell strategically. Biggest downside is territory/account distribution and immature lead distribution process. Overall highly recommend due to potential career trajectory and what is learned in this position.
