Great product, bad company to be a rep at. Need to fix internal issues with sales ops, lead routing and giving people fair equal territories. Very much few people get lucky and do well and everyone else struggles.

My overall experience is mixed. The product is great but the targets are way too high for their extremely incentive compensation structure.
