Commercial CS has been getting better but still has a long way to go. People are great to work with, product market fit is solid, leadership is lackluster with mixed messaging around career mobility. Despite being an established company/organization, things at time have the feel of a startup. Overall it really is a great place to work.

Great culture, pretty good training and development, I learned a ton which is the plus. However, in commercial specifically there is a ton of luck involved and quota metrics are unrealistic (unless you're a rep that gets lucky with an amazing account list or working on the West team).
