Great leadership, depends on your team though. You can either get lucky or not. Rarely anyone hits quota. Incentive compensation structure is good, currently you can make a lot of comission, balancing out the „lower“ base salary.

Great culture, pretty good training and development, I learned a ton which is the plus. However, in commercial specifically there is a ton of luck involved and quota metrics are unrealistic (unless you're a rep that gets lucky with an amazing account list or working on the West team).
