I learned great people at Datadog, and they sell a great product, but the overall culture is very toxic. Very political game that rewards people who take shortcuts. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Great product and great market fit. Very few enterprise reps hit their quota. The sales function is an afterthought. C-Level leadership thinks the product sells itself. One of the most expensive products in the market
