Achievement is low across the team and this is acknowledged by the business. It's really competitive and sales cycles are long so only few people hit their numbers.

Managers are also incredibly toxic. Number of people placed on PIP or fired before probation is up. Attrition is incredibly high, majority of people leave before 1 year.
