Former Employee Very toxic work environment with very poor leadership.
Targets are unattainable, no one attains unless you get a one off inbound lead from a trial. Managers are also incredibly toxic. Number of people placed on PIP or fired before probation is up.
Attrition is incredibly high, majority of people leave before 1 year. Number of people hired with no prior closing sales experience and don't succeed.
Not a sales role - its a prospecting role with little to no deals closed.
