Pros Great product, great culture, great people. Cons (1) GTM for Enterprise needs improving. Segmented by employee count when the biggest driver for propensity to spend on Datadog is cloud spend. (2) Very few people hitting quota (3) Partnership side of the business weak due to land and expand strategy

Positive. Easygoing yet hungry colleagues in Denver. Always willing to collaborate. Can be cliquey but that’s every company. Lack of inbounds is by far the worst attribute.
