My overall experience was not great. Working at Datadog, you live and die "for the business". Beyond micromanaged under horrific leadership. An intense amount of favoritism is bleeding throughout the sales organization. Tons of nasty attitudes. I could not recommend working for Datadog any less. The worst experience I have ever had in a sales role.
