The C-suite at Datadog is incredible. They care about the product and are hiring the smartest people in the industry to stay at the top. Datadog wants to continue investing into R&D and will continue to want to be a the top of the Gartner magic quadrent. This is an easy sell to customers, while the products sell itself

Datadog’s CAE org could use some improvements. The job itself is hard but we all know that and it’s supposed to be. Turnover rate is pretty high like 70% don’t make it to one year.
