Datadog’s CAE org could use some improvements. The job itself is hard but we all know that and it’s supposed to be. Turnover rate is pretty high like 70% don’t make it to one year. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who would actually like to make 125k in the year AND learn how to sell properly. There’s better organizations that would teach you more, teach you better, and pay more.
