I was told I need to choose between my health or my career. The company was unwilling to work with me for medical requirements, I witnessed blatant racism and favoritism. I was also lied to about how taking medical leave would negatively impact my lifetime quota achievement percentage.

Completely abysmal company to work for that hides behind a fairly generous comp structure. Good luck hitting quota though, no one is doing it unless they're a favorite of the leadership and get all the good inbounds.
