Datadog has a very strong product market fit. On average, less reps hit their number compared to other organizations. Datadog has adjusted their comp plan to account for this and is heavily incentivizing new logo lands. With the right account and patch, you can hit your annual number on 1 deal. Those deals will be strategic and large. It's a great learning ground.

Great product, sales process works, very cliquey, toxic management. Micromanaging on KPI's daily, little to no room for error, typically forced out when employees approach 1yr in the seat.
