Unfortunately due to metrics not being met, the company has completed a series of layoffs and new hirings across the board that have changed the culture at the company. It has become very sink or swim with morale being depleted and numerous talent either leaving or being let go.

Former Employee3.0Jan 4, 2024Very difficult sale to the enterprise unless there are lots (and lots) of locations and/or travel or if there's been an incident. Security is a cost center unless the business is quite progressive, so you'll have to demonstrate real cost savings.
