This could be a great place, but leadership is delulu especially from the SDRs. savage place for work life balance. You can have 1 bad month, or the manager disagree with you for something. And you are gone

Very saturated market and teams. Not a company that values their employees and I would not recommend working here They do not set you up for success. Their model is very much spray and pray and relies on very poor sales practices. You have to drink the Kool-Aid hard to get anywhere here. Their motto of "Deel Speed" is just another way to justify churning out low...Read More

I was an internal promotion. Deel has a policy where if you get promoted they increase your salary by 10%. It’s pretty bad because I jumped 2 positions up so I got shafted. I think new hires get a lot more than I do.
