Current Employee Strong local leadership in Australia and an exceptional product make Deel a compelling place to work. The platform consistently wins in the market, which is the main reason reps stay.
However, salaries for both SDRs and AEs are noticeably below industry standards, and equity for new hires has declined. Internal mobility is difficult, with a lot of red tape around promotions and relocations, and APAC leadership does not prioritise talent retention. Despite ongoing lawsuits and a delayed IPO outlook, Deel will continue to grow due to its product strength.
