Unrealistic quotas. Unrealistic ramp expectations. Product Fit issue. Product not ready/ well adapted for region. SDR quota/ qualifying criteria and volume unaligned with sales and pipeline expectations. Strategies, mkt investments and leadership change but no appropriate time given to AEs to adapt to changes.
