If you worked hard, you could hit quota, but there wasn’t much guidance or a clear path for growth.. just more work for the same pay, framed as a “great opportunity.” I value transparency and leadership that gives constructive feedback and direction. I’d much rather have a manager tell me directly where I need to improve than have conversations that avoid the issue...Read More

So far it seems like the sky is the limit with Deel. I'm seeing potential for absolutely massive deals. New products are launching all the time, and the growth is extreme.
