NGSA program in Hopk, Training is alright, heavy focus on understanding the tech/industry, less of a focus on developing sales communication skills, could be improved on this end. "Brand" is everything, aka who are you friends with, what relationships have you nurtured. will be primary factor in determining career success. office has a highschool culture, gossip is rampant, professionalism is an after thought, standards apply on a case by case basis. good portfolio, good training, culture is biggest downside

After several of months working at Dell, I have learned that they will do everything they can to un incentivize sales. At this point, I would prefer to be paid a set salary than stress that I won’t make the sales I need.
