For every company there are highs and lows. I joined during a time of upwards movement great culture and growth. I built a career during that time but since let's call it 2+ years the trajectory has been getting worse and and culture is going with it. Currently the company is at a low from a culture and pay perspesctive but no one is sure if the company already hit rock bottom. Currently i am only aware of 1 Person actually hitting quota, within my full Sales organization.

i tried to be fair, but the company consistently demonstrates that they are sheep that follow industry trends over innovation and standing out amongst their competitors. they just confirmed the elimination of the hybrid role, moving 100% of hybrid employes to in-office 5x a week. the best part is they gave us 2 days to completely transition to being in office 40...Read More
