Current Employee i tried to be fair, but the company consistently demonstrates that they are sheep that follow industry trends over innovation and standing out amongst their competitors.
they just confirmed the elimination of the hybrid role, moving 100% of hybrid employes to in-office 5x a week. the best part is they gave us 2 days to completely transition to being in office 40 hours a week.
i was hired remote and 3 years in; they are most likely eliminating the entire remote workforce that was hired during covid with minimal exceptions.
tldr; they don't care about their workforce, it's very obvious.
i wanted to believe the opposite but i would not work here if you expect any kind of stability and/or job security.
