I’m Lucky to work with great AE’s. RTO has been buzzing in the office because of how Dell selling workforce transformation and then going back on it with its RTO a couple years later. Employees not happy- declining morale on the floor.

After several of months working at Dell, I have learned that they will do everything they can to un incentivize sales. At this point, I would prefer to be paid a set salary than stress that I won’t make the sales I need.
