My direct management chain (front line manager, director) were fantastic; the issue with Dell comes in how large the company is and that critical decisions are made far away from those who are impacted. Accounts sets were changed every 6 months and there was never any consistency to the team supporting any single account. Base pay was great and the comp plan was easy enough to understand; it just depended on how manageable the quota was in any given quarter.

My overall experience was decent. I learned a lot and the process was very structured however the time to receive promotion was incredibly long and childishly cutthroat.
