My overall experience was decent. I learned a lot and the process was very structured however the time to receive promotion was incredibly long and childishly cutthroat. The management and the culture was what kept me around, although team sizes were ever growing, management was accessible when needed and they were truly helpful and enabling. Aside from this the pay was terrible, with little to no room for improvement without relocation and at least two years of experience. Great first job but certainly not a forever one.

It was inconsistent. Sometimes would be great, sometimes wouldn’t. A lot of different teams to work with which can be good or bad depending on the type of sales person you are. However, it’s doing everything to make the company money and not really any specific purpose or goal. Just feel like a number or a cog in the wheel till you get your next spot
