Having been at the company for over 10 years I’ve witnessed the slow demise of the organisation and a shift towards being box shifters. Overall innovation is down and culture is lacking however, there are a few gems and a few good products however, overall strategy isn’t great anymore

Positive overall. Dell is well positioned to supply the AI wave that is happening, but the recent management approaches and resource strategy have left us as reps confused and off balance.
