Current Employee My overall experience is that Dell provides great benefits and a decent culture. The morale at Dell has gone down significantly with constant layoffs every 3-6 months. Dell is not willing to evolve with the market and provide customers with the best solutions. Dell has lost its direction and is seen as a hardware company but also wants to be seen as an aaS provider with a limited portfolio to accompany that reputation. Competitive multicloud offers are years ahead of Dell's. In addition to the multicloud offer causing confusion and not providing much benefit for customers, Dell has also previously branded cloud providers as enemies and now wants to collaborate. Unfortunately, Dell's constant back and forth around supporting Channel partners and Cloud providers leads to limited success in today's market.
