My personal experience started out great however after about 2 years that start to decline drastically. Leadership is terrible, no one knows what their doing, a majority of leadership lives and dies in this segment so if you're trying to work your way out you have to take it upon yourself to branch out and network. If you're really good you will be blocked from being promoted out of segment.

Overall experience was good, not great. They move your territories around a lot which makes it difficult to build pipeline.

I earned presidents club this year so I have had a pretty good experience. With the AI boom we are definitely one of the winners benefiting from the hype. However, leadership still seems to operate in a manner unknown to the employees. Even with the influx of revenue we are still expecting layoffs and uncertainty about roles and responsibilities going into Q3.
