Hitting quota is mainly dependent on your account set’s ability to spend in a given quarter. Often times reps will over attain in one quarter and then the next quarter be at less than 50% attainment.

My overall experience was good. A great sales school but after a few years a lack of growth opportunities and innovation in the sector. Leadership changed due to globally led structure. Leaders unable to make in country decisions.

Overall Dell was an okay place to work, but unfortunately too many extremes. Management and leadership is either amazing or non-existent/extremely poor.
