My overall experience at Dell Technologies was exhilarating, due to the fact that I felt the family atmosphere although I was working remotely and also was awarded for the hard work I put in. The environment was also great, there were mentors who taught me the ropes as a flat out beginner. The fact that they were also very considerate on my age and the fact that I was inexperienced, displaying high interest in employing me made me eager in the sales development representative position I was in, and enjoy it even further. Their immense and intense guidance was not to my liking at first, but molded me into the savant I am now.

After Corona they made different adjustment which made tough to hit quota.

When I started at Dell years ago, it was a great company to work for. The last couple years, it seems Dell has put their shareholders above their customers and employees. They are now very strict about being in office, after years of remote work. And morale is pretty low as workforce reductions continue to rollout with no indication that more are not coming.
