Dell is in a very strange place. There is demand for certain products but quotas have been set so unjustifiably high that most are lucky to be able to hit OTE. The constant shroud of layoffs is demoralizing. The tools make it difficult to move with urgency.

Great people, leadership is 50/50. In office 5 days a week. Pay is below average. Quota impossible to hit. Great benefits and giveaways for sales incentives
