It was inconsistent. Sometimes would be great, sometimes wouldn’t. A lot of different teams to work with which can be good or bad depending on the type of sales person you are. However, it’s doing everything to make the company money and not really any specific purpose or goal. Just feel like a number or a cog in the wheel till you get your next spot

It was not the greatest experience. Very little support and management is very questionable in their decisions. Overall the company is in a very rough spot.

My overall Experience has been great for me but for other members on my team and extended team.. It hasn’t been easy. In terms of the leadership it has become shaky over the last two years due to the rash decision making process. If notices go out in a more timely manner, I would have much preferred that.
