Dell has continued on a downward trajectory in my opinion. Rather than focus on getting good people to drive good experiences and keeping customers loyal with superior products, the switch has flipped to focusing on reducing direct workforce to keep down costs. Your manager makes a huge difference in whether it is bearable or not. My current manager is barely tolerable.
